Third time lucky, we're just about to set off for the launch party so I thought we'd share what we've been keeping so hush hush all this time
this has been in our posession for a while now
Yes its a VW Scirocco bought for 500 pounds then modified to look like the delorean in the Back to the Future Films
but of course, we had to raise money for sponsorship, this time for Namesco. A World Apart so we got busy and those generous people who always come out of the woodwork when I come knocking in no way let me down.
Lastly, we had to kit the car out with the equipment to take on the rally. Davespice got his screwdriver out and got busy
and this was the result
lastly, we have to introduce the third member of our crew. Rave Dolphin is having a bit of a sabbatical this year so we are proud to introduce...

Scumball and Scumball3000 are completely different. Scumball are the slags who called the German police in Stuttgart in an attempt to sabotage the 2007 Scumball3000 Rally. Im still pissed off about this now, having spent over an hour by the side of the road with German police vehicle inspectors trying desperately to find a reason to condemn my old 944.
Yep, i got 485 quid for it in the end, which is about what I expected for it. Sold it to a teacher doing a school production of, you guessed it, Back to the Future

Yep, paid our entry fees and actually bought our car this weekend. Full years MOT, P reg car with 140K on the clock, all for 500 quid on the nose.
