Default Spotify

I only came across this today. Music site where you just get streamed music so no downloading. All legit, free and easy to use. A lot of fun. Anyone else tried?

www.spotify.com to register etc

Yup been using it a couple of months now, excellent service, and the adds are worth putting up with.

Great logging into another PC and having the same music and playlists

I love it
I had a nice bonding moment with the Mother in Law and Carole King which wouldn't have been possible without Spotify

Twas our man Snazy that advertised it to the uneducated

PS Spotify has saved my £100's by saving me from buying potentially pish albums, love it I listen to quite a few of my 'not so sure about that' albums before buying.

Well done Snazzers I say

I am just wondering if I play tracks through my old Aiwa system whether I can record using a cassette? Or do they prevent this somehow.

Also can I buy tracks from Spotify - I haven't investigated this yet?

Sounds possible but if trying a complete album you may still get the ads, isn`t there some sort of audio grabber out that enables to put onto CD.

You can use Audacity to record from Spotify. You probably need to play around with levels if you're going to burn things to CD, but it works.

(Another happy user here )
