It's a shame the pie munching monster felt so bad she topped herself But I'd be lying if I didn't admit to having a chuckle at the rope comment! 4chan isn't the place to look for sympathy!

While I get the 'joke', I really fail to see the funny side. It must be so good to live life, mocking anyone who doesn't conform.

Seriously, people don't commit suicide because they've been ridiculed on an internet forum. If that were the case, the asses of Telboy, Snazy and Tweaky et al would have been deader'n fried chicken many times over. If this really happened then the person had serious mental health issues and ought to have been better looked after by her relatives.

It could be the final straw though. If she already felt bad about herself, and was ridiculed elsewhere, it could be enough to push her over the edge.

Keep telling yourself that it can't have helped can it?

but then i've no idea what 4chan is, and i do agree with you its likely a history of issues

That said i know a guy who was on the surface a happy family man, good job good life who one evening went out and hung himself in his garage, to this day no-one knows why

Piiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiish, she had run out of money for more pies! As she was obviously a fat pie eating monster! As Bubba says it wasn't an internet forum that pushed the fat ****er over the edge it was something else, most likely a lack of pies to stuff down her fat face!

Utter tripe. The posters you name are all fully grown adults who are capable of dishing it out as well as taking it not a young insecure teen beeing made to feel worthless by a bunch of faceless cowards.
Unless you have got teenage kids youve got no idea what sort of stuff goes on in their world.
Cheers Richie

If she was made to feel worthless by people on a forum, her self-esteem must have been pretty low to start with, almost certainly due to her being overweight. Had her family stepped in to help her with her obvious weight issue instead of (probably) indulging her, she may well have not committed suicide. It's far, far too simplistic to say it was the fault of the forum members, cruel though they were.

It's a tough old world and if you're not resilient, you won't make it. And even if you are, chances are against you.

Eat Less or Kill Myself.

Her choice.

I think I'd have given diet a chance before topping myself.

No sympathy for people who kill themselves here

That's an interesting site: Considering it has full hardcore porn then I wouldn't imagine it is a place to go for any kind of chat and especially to post a picture.

Wrong as it may be, the rope comment made me laugh.

Aye you are not wrong there-perhaps thats where my inlolerance of bullies(keyboard or otherwise) comes from. The problem being the kids of today are more psycological bullies rather than physical bullies as was the case back in my day.
I got my fair share of being bullied in school for being fat(around 18-19 stone aged 18) even though at the time i was playing rugby 3 times a week and training twice. Only stopped when i lost it one day and battered the 2 main bullies in the school at the same time. Trouble is they then move on to an easier victim as they are so insecure they need a target to increase their own sense of self worth unless you become the bully to keep them down-vicious circle really.
Psychological bullies and bandwagon jumpers who back them however are much harder to deal with unless you have the intelect and self confidence not to be worried about what others think of you-especially in todays cyber-age where its pretty easy to keep at someone continually thru the web/mobile etc.
cheers richie
