had mine done at 31 , didn`t hurt really just a bit of a tugging feeling in your chest for some reason . just a bitEmbarrassing when all the nurse`s were about 60 years old lol had a walk into town straight after as well
I have two mates that had it done one is 38 and has a twin guess which one looks ten years older after 2 years, they are or at least were identical and when i first met them it took about a year of knowing them to be able to tell the difference.
Same thing happened to the other one although not seen him for a while but he went gray almost overnight.

Think thats because it's not such a good idea for a bloke.
Much better for the woman to have a hestorectomy, stops them having all sorts of womens problems as they age.
Mine was done at 38. No pain, some bruising afterwards, mostly down to my having walked home after the op
Andy can vouch for
a) if I look my age,
b) how much hair I still have, and
c) what colour it is...........
And I can vouch for the FACT that if anything, it INCREASES your sex drive
As for men v. women having an op, come ON guys.
In men it's minor surgery under local, out the same day, back at work the next. In women it's major surgery, intrusive, general anaesthetic, long, long recovery times.

Yes I had it done around 18 years ago, had a really bad infection and was probably close to death, a week in hospital some strong antibiotics and ultrasound scans on my nuts sorted me out
LOL - I had one. Was sore with a couple of days off and that's it.
The bigger thing for me was that Wifey came with me, and the consultant doing "op" works with her at the hospital (she's a nurse).... so guess who got involved and assisted in my procedure
I just didnt worry about it, I saw the Dog go through it and he just sat in his basket looking really sorry for himself licking it ever few minutes, I thought I could hack that.
I shaved all my fur off and the doc said that wasnt actually required but that it was a nice job but the itchiness as it grew back would probably be more annoying than the snippage, my mum knew him so I got a quick appointment, he got 200 quid for each one he did in his lunchtimes, not a bad little earner, he numbed it and gave me some Valium to relax me, I told him not to be shy with it so he gave me a little extra and I was off my tits was ace, watched him do it as well, someone cutting open your scrotum with enough drugs in you is a right giggle and very interesting.
Was in and out in no time, seemed fine until the pain killer wore off and it was a bit sore, they grew a bit and this is about the best way to illustrate how it looked and felt
I had a couple of issues, my body spat the stiches out months later, had a bit of scar tissue but was worth it.
You have to take a couple of samples and then take them to the clinic, so a case of knocking one out and dashing up there with "spunk in transit" and then handing your output over to a stern faced old growler at the hospital, she asked if this was my first one and I just said "Nah, been at it for years", she didn't look remotely impressed and just took my still warm milky Vial and popped it in a bag for later analysis, I bet she gets to swoosh them all round her mouth to test it judging by her expression.
The worst bit is people asking, if you have had the all clear, i.e. has it worked, "Yes, I masturbated furiously into a test tube and then drove it up to the hospital who confirmed I am now a Jaffa, thank you for asking, milk in your tea ?"

Yes, about 35, and like f**k.
Worst bit was after the surgeon had been working away for a while and wafted a piece of tubing in front of my face as he threw it away - my thoughts of "thank f**k that's over" were interrupted by him saying ... "Right, now the other side".
To be honest after the local anaesthetic injection it was more discomfort than painful, but the bruising and pain afterwards was pretty bad.
