what a turnout for june eh. next time we are gonna do things slightly diffrently, some of us have discussed this and realised it is getting too big to the point that we are getting inevitably split up before entry into the tunnel, after some discussion we generally think it will be easier and better to have 2 meet points (liverpool + wirral) and for liverpool side to run through, meet up with wirral side at bidston moss tesco. i would phone alanppp on leaving the tunnel giving you all the chance to exit tesco and allow us to link up with you all.from there it would be straight onto new brighton prom for parade lap (poss. twice) and then straight on to tunnel run. run through and then park up at liverpool 1 car park. this would mean we would be more likely to stay compact for the run, also, the wirral side would only have to run through twice as some are doing 3 or 4 trips, making the day too long for some from start to finish, and others from further afield (dogs bols. etc) would find it more manageable, not to mention the fact we would be out of any rain and in the warmth. with regards to meeting up wirral side we could drive down to the golf course (towards prom) or just go from bidston moss r/bout to m53 r/bout and back again until all cars are off the slip road like last time. i am also going to try and arrange some video footage at the prom as the quality in the tunnel always deteriorates due to the wind and vibrations, intending to have someone sat on the r/bout with the monument on so as we approach head on to camera then go round the r/bout and away in opp. direction we should get a good shot of all the cars and the noise will be increased as there would be a r/bout full of cars around the camera and also the cars accelerating away in opp. direction. this may sound confusing but trust me it is not!! the meet point liverpool side frankie and bennies will still be 1430 with a 1500 departure, the wirral side will be tesco bidston moss 1445 with a departure on recieving a phone call NO PROBLEM
All sound's mint Lee. You not do any work Mate I'll make sure my Video Camera's all charged up for July. Me Dad's mint on them, he filmed me in the DB9, Lambo and Ferrari for my birthday last year. He got some cracking Shot's! Takes after Me
the more footage the merrier, i have just today put up a post in non scooby rel. for a freelance videographer and have responded to 2 replies already.just getting a quote to see what sort of money we are talking, i have looked into the noise distortion in the tunnel when recorded on film and apparently this is the no.1 pisser about camcording in general. apparently there is no solution to it as little more than a breeze in the open gets picked up by the external mic. i was considering trying to see if travelling through with the camera hard up against the windscreen and having just the rear windows open may be an improvement? i found something advertised on the net called a wind cutter which is available for everyday camcorders which is supposed to be quite good (basically the foam you see on professional equipment).so again just trying to get the ball rolling again early on to prevent a piss poor performance. oh and by the way i am off for a week sick (allegedly). nice 1 lee
Think we should call you the Dogs. No offence Neil. Your the True Dog's Jollie's Shame we can't get a Mag Feature, they could take all the Photo's for us.

i think it looks fantastic myself, personally i dont have a spare £600 down the back of the sofa but i would not mind raising the money from everyone attending to pay for it. it would be a good "GROUP BUY" come to think of it £10 each if everyone attended up to now on list £20 if we had the same figures as last time. meanwhile i will speak to him to clarify what we would get. FEEDBACK PLEASE...
