Default Damaged Subaru - What to do?

Hey guys. I took a knock in my subaru back in August and got it taken to my mates garage. Spun on a roundabout and snaped off the back drivers side wheel cracking the hub. Was Third party Fire Theft but knew a mate with a body garage.

He's since been messing me around saying its being fixed when its not, saying hes got a buyer when he hasnt. Basically its got to the point where we have pretty much fallen out over this and there is no communication.

Ive given up thinking hes going to fix it. I cant do it myself as Ive not got the ability to do so and I cant justify taking a 11 year old subaru sport and paying out my arse to have it repaired at another garage. I just want to see if I can sell it damaged for a quick cash sale.

Where is the best place to advertise this? Ebay? Does anyone know a local subaru braker who could show interest?

Here we go

I bought the rear shocks and joint arms off a guy from SN, they were off a turbo and he gave me the rear hubs for free in case i decided to do a rear disc conversion.
