TFSI engine with Subaru's AWD would be the ideal car.
If the R20 has the latest Haldex 4 as the Opel Insignia it will be much better than older generations and perfect for an all-round car.
As said before Subaru is going backwards. Look at the reviews of the new forester. They took the best SUV and destroyed it.

Well even the new TTRS does not have this Opel/Saab Haldex 4 system. And to be extra honest even this system has not been properly compared (due to a terribly flawed automotive press) to true full time systems. IF its not on the TTRS you can be sure that
Audi will not have it on any of their cars period....
