Holy cow those are amazing - as SS mentions, just waiting to see a Raleigh Chopper silhouette

This is one I came across a bit back

This is NOT photoshopped in the sense that you might think, IIRC it was taken from 22 images of the moon stitched together

It really is that colour although not quite as saturated as the image

I give up. What a fantastic image

Just checked the tech spec and it's 15 images from a Canon 20D, shot through a 5,000mm telescope, super-saturated colour and stitched together with stars added from another image.

In the same way that I have 5 images of the members of Girls Aloud, water saturated blouses, and stitched together with my bedroom added from another image - unfortunately thats a fake also

Very nice image of the moon though
