get photos.

Hav eyou used one of the NB filters (they look almost black filters) that you can set a open shutter speed.. so people walking buy then look like no one is in the shot??

You mean ND filter I think Phil. I have an ND 8 and used it at night to get car lights up and down the street. With it you just get the lights striped up the photo but no car.
