NANKANG NS2???

does anyone have tried and tested this tyres???:wonder:
i'm going to receive my new wheels/tyres packages and these are the ones fitted.
are they as good as T1-R or badder?
cheers all:thumb:

They'll not be a patch on T1-Rs. TBH they are cheap budget sh!te and not really suitable for a performance car.

Utter crap.

corradoboy 31 January 2010 11:35 PM

I have them on my Furby. At least they were only a cheap mistake :nono: Trying to wear them out as quick as possible to get rid of them :cuckoo:

Look at Vredestein Sessanta's as a much better alternative to Toyo's. Many rate them higher than Goodyear F1's.

Noris8322 01 February 2010 12:11 AM

Utter RUBBISH!!!

Had them on the back of my old beemer. Great if ya wanna go sideways every, but no good for grip

Also dreadfull in the wet

cster 01 February 2010 06:18 AM

Sound like might make good track day tyres:)

loony toon 01 February 2010 08:45 AM

Always been a follower of the toyo until last year i put a set on a type ra.

Cant really fault them, they grip as good as the toyo in the dry and are resonable in the wet too, they are a harder compound than the toyo and seem to last forever though unlike the toyo !!!!!!!

I think they would make very good cheap track day tyres because they are tough and even for road use they are much better than most out there.

I found wet braking was atrocious on cheap tyres.....

urban 01 February 2010 03:12 PM

I can't believe people put cheap nasty tyres on cars - especially if your planning these for a Subaru

Read this
Nankang NS2 at tyre reviews - the online tyre guide

If people can't afford a decent tyre then they shouldn't be allowed on the road.

tsl202 01 February 2010 09:41 PM

no mate, i don't want to fit them on my 330bhp/330lbf scooby but the package includes the ns2 so it's just to know what they are good enough till i finished them!!! :D
till now i've used t1r, very good in dry and wet but don't last for long lol!

matt2000 07 February 2010 02:19 PM

How long don't t1r's last???

Fangoria 07 February 2010 03:03 PM

You should have spent a bit more and not gone for the Budget fits which many companies put on as usually you have an option to spend more and put something decent on
