Stick to your guns pal and dont let some of these vultures lead you in to thinking its worth less than it really is
I have similar ish spec and would not let it go for a penny under £11k, you hold out and someone who is willing to pay will snap your hand off

What's the offer like?
A roll cage is not fitted, and there are no rear seats I am guessing.
