Carbon Fibre wide arch classic
Just a little mini project we've been working on for one of our customers .
bonnet and bootlid was already fitted when it came to us .
We've had rear 1/4's , 4 door skins and a pair of front wings made .
door skins off
rear 1/4's
all skins / 1/4's / wings removed
then on with the kit

That is what I thought, If weight saving was required more than anything else, I am sure removing the rear winder mechanisms (making them fixed) off the rear windows would save more weight than changing the skins. but if you are binning the winder mechs as well ...... I shut my mouth.

It does look good, but car park dings/scratches are bad enough on a painted surface, let alone CF ....... Or am I being too sensible ?

No weight saving really as we wanted to keep all the side impact bars in . Purely for show
. Carbon skin is only marginally lighter than the steel skin .
Nate stop being sensible
