John are you throwing down the gauntlet to Shaun to get his finger out and get booked up for a bit of sprinting next year or just being polite in the nicest possible way

Good choice Shaun - glad you have seen the sense that power is everything. Was partly the reason I never bothered with the meths map either, to much messing around for me. Its hard enough to find and put vPower in the thing all the time
On track a bottle of NF race does me fine, not to gain any more power, but just to ensure i iron out any det should a bad batch of vpower finds its way in.

It's time for another update, but perhaps not what you were expecting......
After a glorious 4.5 yrs ownership it's time to hang up the boxing gloves and say goodbye to the JDM Hawkeye.
Whilst this may sound a tad "over the top", it's quite emotional in some respects. Not to the point of me getting teary eyed , but I suspect you know what I mean.
This car has been truly fantastic, and in all reality has been the most reliable performance car I have EVER owned.
The journey over the past four years (more specifically between 2010-2012) has been an absolute blast. As you may have gathered by the way I document things on these project threads I really love this kind of thing, however, it's time to move on to new beginnings.
The car is all but gone from my ownership, so please no PM's about how much I want for it..... it's been sold.
The next car won't be a Subaru unfortunately..... well not unless they release a UK STI with a 2ltr engine in it that is.
I certainly won't be going anywhere from this community though.
Thanks to you all for reading my journey and contributing, and above all, many many thanks to the companies and individuals that have supported me and this project thread since 2010!

So you don't want my Black JDM STi Hatch then? Shame I was banking on that .
Never mind, the dark side will only last sooooo looooong, then you'll be back.

Gussy,
It will be the longest 6 months you've ever encountered then.
joz,
Behave..... I might as well have kept the Scoob if that was going to be my next move.
