2000 W reg wrx RA limited
|
|
all
i possibly have the option to buy what the dealer says is a 2000 import wrx RA limited, 1 of a 1000 made. Sonic blue 18" gold alloys
I am trying to gather as much information about this model and some pictures of the engine and interior just to make a comparison , it seems pretty mint and not been tampered with by a "rude boy".
It has 20k on clock and going for about 12k, any comment and links welcomed

banny
I notice quite a few cosmetic differences on the one i am looking at just curious whats been done to your bro's the one i am looking at has the following differences as far as i can see
1. logo on front grill is pink
2. STi sticker left of steering wheel
3. front seats look identical but the rear are black covered is this right ? or should they be blue also?
4. I am guessing gold alloys are standard and your bro's have been changed out ?
5. the rear windows are tinted quite dark, dealer says that was standard
6. there is a WRX sticker logo in middle of boot lid as opposed to you left as yours
these are all easy cosmetic things that the previous owner couuld have done himself no problem there just airing on the edge of cautious.
would appreciate interior pictures and engine if possible.
thanks to others for info i have gone through the links some useful info there, more welcomed though

The interior is correct blue seats at the front with the rears black, the grille badge is easily changed for the sti pink one, the sticker on the left of steering is probably an aftermarket one, the alloys on the before pics are the standard rays/sti alloys that came with the car, the tint on the rear windows was probably added to the car by the orignal dealer in japan and the wrx sticker sounds more like the sticker from an sti.
some pics of the car would be helpful, in regards to identifying it. thanks for the comment matt

No it wasn't Rooferman it was Spufus (Dean is his real name). Seems like a real enthusiast and a nice lad so I hope the site goes well. It's been backed by Phil Stevens and because it's so specialist I don't think it contributes to the fragmentation of the community in the same way as all the other "rival" sites.
Pop over and show your support Rooferman.
Cheers
