Well your daughter had to have been at least 17 so she wasn't a little kid, but she still crashed through driving silly, trying preaching at home first.

With all respect Andy I fear for the inhabitants of St.Lucia after having seen how this customer of yours drives to work in a previous video. Giving him more power is very unwise.

Sorry, But i dont understand what this has to do with someone elses daughter.

We dont know why she was in a ditch, what caused it and whos fault it was!.

It could of been a twat in a land rover towing a scoob at 50mph with a Tow rope, overtaking a Bus which caused someones daughter to swerve off and end up in a ditch. I would rather of the daughter do that than end up Dead by a head on colision with a 2 ton landrover towing a 1.5 ton subaru.

The issue is with the video we have which shows the complete before and after incident footage, and yet everyone sends their condolanses and hardly anyone is seeing the fault of the drivers.

Everyone on scoobynet has a go at drivers driving like Twats, racing on public roads and going over the speed limit, etc. But Towing at 50mph and overtaking with a tow rope seems appropiate.

Andy when you trailor your scoob about you probably only go 60-70 max on public roads so you should know that with a tow rope 50mph is way too high.

I'm sure there are some who would say that driving a highly tuned Subaru at 210mph is idiotic (and it probably is) but regardless, when things go wrong at the track, the 'nice' people offer their thoughts and condolences. How odd

Its all about risk management and probability. Take risks and sometime you are going to break something or crash. I accept the risks and prefer to live my life this way thank you.

I was once towed for 25 miles on the end of a short rope by a Bedford van.
Not much of a story, until I relate I was in a Ferrari! A 365GT. It was raining, no electrics, no wipers, no servo, no power steering. The things you do when you're young huh?

NO I don't think so!

They do it because its seen as 'the done thing' and its pathetic - I tell it as it is ..... which is that they were driving like planks .. I'm glad no-one was hurt, but I don't feel sorry for them!

The family that would be grieving their killed child I WOULD be sorry for!!

Andy - do you ever just take a step back and look at yourself??

Can you see how anal you are??

You eat, drink and live Impreza's ... which is fine - but, risk management?? HA HA HA HA HA do me a favour!

Who carried out the Risk Assessment on towing the Scooby then? Was it YOU? Who missed the fact that your steering locks up if the key comes out of the ignition??

And what was the Risk Assessment of doing 50MPH whilst towing in a built up area?

RISK MANAGEMENT MY HAIRY ARSE!!

You couldn't risk manage a visit to the toilet!
