Hi Guys,
I must be hooked on scoobs, Just traded up from a blob WRX PPP to a Hawkeye STI (in the middle of a fuel crisis). The STI's got new pads on so being new I did rag it a bit to see what its like, but I was careful with the breaking. On the old WRX I was used to getting 60 miles out of the first quarter of the tank (with spirted driving), but I filled up when I left work and just got home (30 miles away) and the needle is below the first quarter, please tell me its a mistake on my part otherwise I'm gonna have to fill up everyday just to be sure I can get to work.....
The route was exactly the same, and the driving style was fairly similar. I know the gagues are different on the 2 cars, in the WRX I was used to the first quarter lasting a lot longer than the rest, is it somehow reversed on the STI. I should say, the STI is completly standard.
Thanks
