Default fuel gauge ?

on my classic 93 wrx im trying to recalibrate the fuel gauge i.e needle reading .

if i were to put £10/£20 in from an empty tank what would show on the needle/gauge

any help please

£20 is about ½ way on mine (depending on how much the petrol is though) maybe slightly above

Hi i would fill the tank right up and then set the needle to full.
Might be easier than trying to do it half way.

cheers guys

gauge was reading about 1/4 tank !

thats fitting white gauges for ya , they looked crap IMO and i balls'ed up my temp and fuel gauge
