Hi there you are need Denso Lambda Sensor,Bosch or NTK doesn't work with Subaru or work, but only with Classic.

On ebay you can find easily Denso(4 wire) for around £88-£100 and if you are fancy from dealer then £300(usualy without the VAT)

Well i've read all the stuff available and it seems that DOX-0306 is only good for 02-05 cars with 2 ltr engines and 234-9120 is a direct fit for 04-07 2.5ltr engines.

The sad thing is i have a DOX-0306 lambda available 10 minutes away from where i live but i have to wait a month to get 234-9120...
