As it has been decided that this is happening in Huddersfield do you want me to drop into Hudds Police to explain to them what is happening and see if a couple of the high persuit cars can swing by so the young-un can have a bit of a poke about in them?

Right people we need a organised numbers from all car clubs who will be attending.
We will adjust numbers as they change, we really need to keep a limit in the numbers who are attending, please accept our sincere apologies.

Can you please copy n paste the above and fill in your numbers from your clubs naming your club and total cars attending so we can work on exact figures
Example: BMW club 30

Etc etc etc.....
Facebookers we are giving priority to the car clubs first and will let you add your names to list when we have controlled numbers (sorry).

Have the police been notified you dont want them to ruin a special day also the confrimation that you can use the land must be in writting from the land owner to stop the police doing what they did in huddersfield town centre and section 59 everyone.
I hope that everyone is respectful and doesnt drive like idiots but i asdure you our car club will and they have all been warned .... And to take plenty of cash

Think we have about 15 wanting to come. Some from home, some convoying up from JAE.
We totally understand if the numbers start to get out of hand and priority is given to local / closer to heart clubs etc. but we would all love to show our support.

I just registered on the forum. I am a french guy living in China and I would like to help.
I would like to make some stickers, maybe 3000 or more according to what you need and I would send them to UK for you to give them away to all the people coming from everywhere in UK.
If somebody can make the design, I would be glad to produce them and send them to somebody in UK that can dispatch them.
We need to hurry up because the day will come very soon!!!

I was thinking about printed media. I think it's the normal sticker. Sorry my english is not amazing for technical words. I am talking about a printed paper sticker, the one with the white background. I think it's the standard one!
I didn't precise it but I would of course do this totally free. No unit price or any shipping to pay for comers. I would take everything is charge and send the stickers to somebody in UK.
If you have something different in mind... for example a higher quality sticker like cut vinyl for example and we could ask people to pay one pound for it and then give the money to an association.
As the time is tight, I was thinking to make it easy, free for everyone.
Let me know your thought but as I said, we must start this ASAP if we want to be on time!!!

Just been to police station in hudds to let them know this is happening so they are aware and i am waiting on a call to see if a high speed persuit car can attend as something else for the young lad to see

We are creating a list in here for other car clubs to save spoiling the other thread as some people are adding their names along with a number 10 etc at the side of their name which will be easily missed.
All this is for a rough idea for insurance purposes.
Thank all for understanding to make the easy as possible to figure out. I'm a newbie to organising but have the right help alongside me for support.
