I paid my Scoobynet+ membership on 25th April 2007 but still havnt received my pack as of yet. Could anyone let me know how long this normally takes

We do ask that you allow 28 days, but if after 5 weeks you haven't received anything to email webmaster..

I know a batch went out last week, so I would think you should have them by now?

It is probably well worth following the instructions to email webmaster with the details requested and i'll ask shaun to look into it.

A batch has been produced (yours is in that batch fl6 :) ). Apologies for the delays. We will be sending these out on Monday next week (the packs are ready to go now, but because of the postal strikes we don't want to run the risk of something happening to them), so you will receive them by the end of next week.

Those were sent out LAST Monday (yes last week)..... the current postal strikes are certainly causing issues, but at least you got it and apologies for the delay.
