I don't have any PMs from you on the subject. (I hope this isn't another one of your fibs!)
By far the most likely reason for this would be that your payment hasn't gone through.

As you know, I do not have time to go into one of your drawn out rants, so, please be very clear. Your problems seem to be :
a) Your NICC badge needs to be removed.
b) Your ScoobyNet Plus Subscription has not started.
I will take care of "a" now.
In order to take care of "b", the resolution that has worked for everyone else with this same problem has been to check their paypal account and see whether the payment is indicated as "completed" or "uncleared" or similar.
If completed, let us know, otherwise, please follow the instructions given to you by ebay, upon completition of which, everything will happen automatically on ScoobyNet.

Yes, please post your paypal receipt, or at the very least, the transaction number and the time and date of your transaction and I will look into it.
PS. Thank you to whoever infracted his ridiculous last post.

Right..
No need to bother.
I have (against my better judgement - where all things to do with you are concerned), I've checked into this, and you subscription creation is marked as "failed".
