I upgraded my account last night and paid by debit card but my account has not been upgraded yet !

What do I need to do ?

I've checked my bank account today and no money has been taken out !

How long does this normally take ?

I think we've since discussed this by PM.

Sometimes the payment does not go through, and as such does not complete the upgrade.

Please send me your paypal transaction ID and I'll look into it.
