its ok, you don'thave to rush in all at once found out the problem , the dealer said there is probably a scanner nearby, (code grabber) so the alarm shut itself down

YOUR DEALER IS TALKING A LOAD OF BOLLOX
I,ve fitted Toad from day 1 when they where sigma ! They do not shut down and they have rolling codes which would make a scanner use less !

I *hate* this sort of BS. Completely destroys faith in the knowledge of the dealer. As Doc C says, your dealer is probably misinformed.

One likely cause may be a mobile phone base station in the vicinity, which can cause troubles for some alarms.
