Default scanner : avital maxx1

i got a scanner which i want to use instead of the crappy red led which is installed badly,
the scanner have 3 wires,
1 red (power)
black (earth)
and an orange (links to the alarm)

the easiest option i thought would be to use the current wiring on the crappy led, HOWEVER its only the dual wire (black and black and white ) theres is no orange one

so hows the best way to install my scanner?
