The 200 would be belt alone. I paid 320 for a kit including water pump and fitted it myself, just an idea of parts costs before labour.

Only one pulley was beginning to show wear but not worth not spending the extra really for peace of mind.

As suggested a tensioner or pulley giving way can also take out the belt. I'd be tempted on belt only if it hadn't covered the miles though. The belt will suffer from age but the pulleys mainly wear
