Go for one of the following, a fully synthetic (give the car a few k more miles though to run in, so run a 10w40 semi for a while) a 5w40, 10w40 or 10w50, those will do you quite happily

thanks for the replies guys
I had the engine fully forged and was told to drain the oil and change the filter after 50miles, then use the same grade oil ( mineral oil 10/40) for a 1200 miles then change to Millers 10/60, i am nearly reaching 1200 miles but now things started to confuse me after reading about the oils
, i just want to use good stuff that will not harm the engine. so i think im going to choose 10/50 Millers is that a good oil to have on the new engine?
