If someone complained about the noise of the exhaust they would only take it off you if you was racing past their house all the time. If you have to pass their house to get to your own house then theyre not going to do nothing as your minding your own business and the car is legally allowed on the road.
I hope you are right, but have that feeling this is going to get out of control this year, more people like BUDWRX are going to get their cars confiscated without good reason.
