to get your car decoder just copy and paste this into your browser:

Ok once you have downloaded the software to your p.c and you have the make, model and serial number of your stereo

i want you to look for your stereo's make from the program i sent you.

So lets say you have a clarion stereo and the serial is 1246897531/0978

Double click on clarion, the clarion code calculator will open and you will see a box to enter your serial.

However your serial is 14 digits long but the calculator only allows a 4 digit input, do not fear!!

Here is what we are going to do, first we are going to try the first 4 digits of the serial into the calculator.

It will generate a code, try the code in your stereo,if it works great if not try the last 4 digits of the serial.

if not try the middle digits of the serial and so on and so on, if that fails try some of the other calculators.

Sometimes you just have to play around with the different calculators for a while.
