if the bottom end was rotated with heads off and the crank pulley line is now lined up with the pump then it is all aligned correct.. you cannot be 180deg out if the line is correct..

check the timing pickup is still on the crank pulled and the cam wheels..

also check you have the cam wheels in the right position.. ie. left and right as sat in the car not looking at them.

also worst still is the exhaust and inlet cams will fit in the wrong positions.
