You should be able to do it cheaper than that, because of the amount of discount we get its around £50 per 10m2 of 50mm blocks or £50 per 8m2 for 80mm ones. I would say 2 guys with nothing to do apart from screed sand and lay blocks £1k-£2k depending on the cost of your blocks.
