Using Paypal to pay foreign currency?
I owe someone 50 Euros and he has suggested I pay him via Paypal.
I have a Paypal account which I use a few times to buy stuff from ebay and they debit my credit card.
Is it straightforward to use this account to pay someone in Euros?
