Darc it easy mate.
Undo the obvious arch clips and number plate light, undo the rear bumper bar bolts under the car they go through the exhaust hanger in the one side
Gentle shuffle it out and remove all the hidden black clips, shuffle it back a bit not to fall off and the bumper will release.
