Surely the camera must be up high to catch the other lane, on the opposite carriageway.
i know where the camara was, it was at the bottom of the opposite carriage way facing uphill (with cars coming down towards it)and i was going uphill on the other side away from van...still got me
so really it was lower down than me,they can zoom in for about a mile btw as demonstrated at a car show i attened once
