Gt Spec Lateral Performance supplied 3 Bolt Manifold x 2 + Syms Racing
GC8 SYMS RACING TEAM HEADERS heat wrapped. These are one piece including the up-pipe. £370 for these including fees and delivery, but please note, these are still on my Type R and I will only remove when a sale is confirmed,
same as THESE but heat wrapped.

I also have a set of GT Spec headers, but the older 2 Bolt design. These will work with the standard or any after market 2 bolt up-pipe. I bought them thinking they were 3 Bolt but after opening the packaging realised they are 2 Bolt.
Recently wrapped and available @ £100

I'm looking for some decent headers for a 2.1 stroker with a RCM 450 turbo running around 450 bhp. Would these be suitable for me? Regarding the up pipe, what do I need? I thought the Harvey up pipes where 2 bolt fittings?

Regarding the GC8's - Are the equal or un equal? Loosing the burble is not something I could do ....

Are these good for spool up on a RCM 450 turbo using a 2.1 stroker and would an RCM up pipe fit these headers? (It's the GT spec I'm interested in) The wrapped headers, are they in shinier condition than the ones in the picture?

The other set have fresh heat wrap, but underneath will look the same. I can give them a rub down and autosol them to make them shiny again, but they need heat wrapping so it would be a bit of a waste imho,
I think most people would agree with me that, on a single scroll car, aiming for 450 bhp it's either a set of these or the killer b holy header from America.

One set were on a car I bought 2 weeks ago and the other set I bought second hand but never fitted. So can't confirm on either sorry. I've asked the question to both the previous owners and will update with their replies. My plan now is to stick with standard ported headers.
