Hi i will be removing a gt3076 in the next week,it has done very little mileage at all.looking for £750 ono with ported shroud

better known as the fabled GT30R.
Fantastic turbo.

Is this a proper Garrett or one of the hybrids that fit standard location?

Yes this is a genuine garrett turbo for the twisted setup.I dont have any paperwork with it but JGM has mapped it only a week ago.

if its for a twisted setup would it fit straight onto a newage 2.0 sti?

Couple of people have asked so thought I may as well just post here.

Fantastic turbo.. I would say it is running close to 500bhp on Rob's car and there was no issues at all with it (well except Rob not being happy with Second place in his sprint class, hence changing the turbo )

I believe it to be a genuine Garrett..

from the above, I would suggest that this turbo requires a rotated up and downpipes as well as an external wastegate/racegate.
The pipes would also need to be for a garret turbo not a subaru turbo.
