Xbox 360 Premium + 4 games

Hi I am selling an Xbox 360 premium with 4 games. Wires are included but there is no hard-drive and no controllers. The only real downfall is you cant go on xbox live as my console was chipped and got banned along with millions of other people across the world but you can still play the console offline and you can also play chipped games.

The games included are:
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas.
PGR3
Saints Row 2
Call of Jaurez

Do you know what version its been flashed with or whatever they call it?

Not that it'll stop me having it, its just I want to know for future game compatability
