4 struts (and springs) for a bugeye
I bought a set of second hand struts and springs for my bugeye (as I thought mine were knocking) - only to be told by the garage that my current shocks were just fine and rather it was my whiteline drop links that were knackered - so I've got this spare set to sell on. The struts/shocks have done 32k on a bugeye WRX (before the owner swapped them for coilovers). The springs are a red set - the owner didn't know the exact make, but seems they sit lower and firmer than standard. Springs don't look great though, so I wouldn't bother with them.
Thread I bought them from here (photo down the page): https://www.scoobynet.com/private-fo...-for-sale.html
Cost me £150 for the set (delivered) - so selling on at that price too.
Cheers
Richard.

I've never had them on my car but the previous owner didn't say they were knackered - just that they were a bit firmer and sat a little lower than his mates standard springs. It was just my local garage that said the springs looked a little rough. Not sure how much of that was down to the red plastic covering on the springs having come off.
Here are some photos;
Bloody heavy things - all four weighed 46kgs! Not the cheapest to courier.
Cheers
