So the filter sits just behind the fog area? Do they do fog cover things to direct air to the filter? Rather than having a big hole in the bumper, plus what's the kind of sound from this kit?

Yes the filter sits behind the fog cover same as the hybrid, APS and K&N typhoon set ups. This ensures you only suck up cool air rather than hot air from the engine compartment. There's no need to direct cold air to it like some people do with filters under the engine bay as it only sucks up cold air in the wing.

My fog cover is only off for the sake of the photo mate (so you can see the filter), I don't run with the cover off.

It sounds just the same as any other induction kit but not as loud inside the car as the filter is further away. It sounds just the same to people on the outside though (i.e. same K&N induction roar)

Yes the kits for 01-05 cars and no I wont sell it for £100. I will do it for £140 posted with the following filter instead of the K&N. This filter was originally supplied with the kit and is brand new.

£160 posted with K&N
£140 posted with Hyperflow filter

The filter is quite well protected in the inner wing. I have K&N 'gortex' material sock that fits over the filter but never fitted it. Never had any problems in the rain.

As above watch what your doing going through fords but who drives through a ford flat out anyway .
