Default APS CAIK, AET Turbo, Billet Flywheel & other bits

The following items, which have all been fitted to my 03 STi at some time, are offered for sale:-

APS 65mm CAIK with K&N RU-3130 Filter
£100 - SOLD

AET VT272-64 Garrett Ball Bearing Turbo (Zen Performance Spec) which I have been informed is a GT3071-64 standard fit turbo rated at 425bhp. This had a complete new core January 2009 and uprated actuator fitted. Cost £1350 new. It has done around 10k miles with the new core and actuator.
£400 - SOLD

Zen Performance supplied 6.2Kg lightened billet flywheel - 10k miles. Has a few surface hot spots but otherwise is in good condition.

£150

Helix Autosport 240mm Uprated Clutch Pressure Plate - 10k miles again in pretty good condition. (The friction plate and release bearing are free but I would recommend replacing these and are available from Mardi Gras Motorsport)

£100

APS TMIC
£250 - SOLD

Samco Standard Fit Induction Pipe
£100 - SOLD

Zerosport Bonnet Scoop Undertray - has 3 vanes to distribute air flow more evenly across the surface of the intercooler. Seems to work as the bugs are evenly distributed as opposed to all being at the back of the intercooler.
£50 - SOLD

GGR 65mm trumpet under-bonnet air filter with MAF sensor fitting
£50 - SOLD

All prices are collect or happy to meet-up within reasonable distance. Delivery extra.

No was running on a 2.35 (linered 2.0 Semi-CDB), ECUTEK ECU made 379 bhp and 375 lbft on Zen Rollers with TMIC so rollers never going to give best figures. Peak Boost of 1.6 bar at 4k (1 bar at 3.6k). This was when we discovered the turbo core needed replacing so figures were helpful in some respect but pretty meaningless.

Running with new core, MAFless with SimTek road going performance was noticably improved but I never bothered to put it on the rollers. Would suggest the turbo was near to spec.

Its unlikely there would be any info on the AET website as it is a customer spec product hence has a VT number. I am sure Paul @ Zen would be happy to discuss the spec with you.

The GT3071 is probably more suited to a 2.0 or 2.1 than the 2.35 as whilst it did what it said on the tin and delivers circa 425 bhp it couldn't deliver what the 2.35 needed. The MD321V I now have fitted is somewhat different

Not sure if you are referring to the APS Cold Air Induction Kit or the Top Mount Intercooler either way both will fit. However if its the TMIC you will need to consider fitting an STi bonnet scoop and undertray as you would if you were fitting an STi intercooler to your WRX otherwise you will not maximise the benefit.

If its a Hawkeye then I have no idea - someone on here maybe able to offer some help.

Hope this helps
