3mm white plastic door cards classic
I have finally sorted out my door cards for my track car and have the pattern to make these for all 4 door cards .
They are made from 3mm plastic and are cut to the shape of all four doors, the hole for door openers can be cut or i can leave blank to do them yourselves cost is £110 to your door for all four.
Screws and white cover caps will be supplied 10 for each door.

I investigated the carbon fibre door cards from rally tech and at £250 each this is a cheaper and neat option to tidy the door up rather than leave them uncovered.

I have pictures of all four on my project thread in members gallery but here's the drivers side fitted :
I would guess yes you can either drill and fasten with self tappers or pot rivot or even bond them on with glue if you want.
I have used self tappers for now but once car interior is painted white i will be pot rivoting them in place.

As for the electric window switches you can cut out any hole for any switch and retro fit into the plastic card or do what i was going to do and put the window switches onto a centre switch panel.

I'm interested mate - in white with door handles cut out.
Have you had enough interest in these to make them cheaper - if so how much for a set ?
PM me if you wish.

Update:
I weighed the black door cards and they came in at 640g opposed to the white ones at 1.4kg for the back ones.
I had the white ones fitted but am now considering the black ones as there is a significant weight difference the black are as light as a feather.
The front black are 780g and the rears are 1.7kg
