Does anyone have this precise Forge actuator which they don't need?:-

Can anyone help?...
I've bought a Forge w/g act. (as per the title of this thread). I want to change the spring but I'll be buggered if I can unscrew the hard metal spring retaining cap! Is there a special knack or something? (assuming, of course, that it's not cross-threaded)...

Update...
Kev at API got the cap off! lol (It's what you can achieve when you have access to vice lol
).
Fitted a T2 red 17.5-20psi spring in it - got 384.3bhp with it controlling my 20g (remapped by JGM).
