Are there going to be any offers on car shampoo's/waxes etc any time soon - need some more Dodo Juice bits. Additionally I have Valvoline VR1 5w-50 in the car at present for winter use (Modified GB270 WRX - 360 BHP). I need to do an oil change and already have Fuchs Titan Pro-S 10w-50 - which I normally use for summer use. However I do a fair number of short journeys in the car ( in the country though so not stop start) and wonder whether to stick with a 5w-50?

Cheers

H.

The Pro S will be fine, it's about as summery as it gets at the moment.

No offers planned on cleaning stuff at the moment, but things can change.

Cheers

I'm guessing you were looking at the Pro S, which was on a better offer, but we had to end that offer to do the 20% off all the fluids.

Cheers

Hi

A10w-50 is ideal for your car if it's driven hard and these are theones that we stock.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-659-10w-50.aspx

Thoseare really good oils, absolute top of the range ones, so go with anybrand preference you have.

A10w-40 is a better choice for normal use

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-657-10w-40.aspx

Thebest ones are the Gulf Competition, Motul 300V, Redline and MillersCFS. As a cheaper alternative the Fuchs XTR, Motul 6100, Shell HX7and Millers XSS are good choices.

All the prices are on the site.

Cheers

Tim

Oh man I missed it then.why is oil getting so expensive?+£10 every year for silkolene? It's just that I like to use hks oil filters and it's getting expensive.

Unfortunately the cost of everything is going up, but we do what we can, remember the prices to us are going up too. It's just a case of catching it when they've helped us out on price to do an offer.

Cheers

Hmmm, that's not good, CRX is usually really good in Imprezas. I'd go for the Motul Gear 300, it seems to do the trick with Imprezas.
