Whoa, what day did you email? We've haven't even been open for 2 hours today. Emails take a little longer to reply to than bumping an offer on here, but they all get answered in a reasonable time. Everything does not just come to a halt everytime we receive an email. 
All calls get answered, if we are on other calls then we have a call log and return calls.

What are you going on about now? 
You ordered a clutch kit (at a very decent price I might add) on Sunday. It's dispatched on Monday and with you Tuesday. Yesterday you contact us to tell us there is a part missing - no problem, apologies and we'll get the part that you say is missing sent out to you. Part dispatches the very same day via Interlink Express and is with you today.

apologies?? Don't think you've said that once since now?? Cheap price for cheap service I get the clutch kit turn up in its normal package with some black tape holding it together, lucky the tape was there other wise I think the bottom would of fell through!! I wrote to you early Wednesday morning & was left waiting for a reply, I thought fair enough there hours are 10am-5pm so ill give them a bell about 11 if still no response? I then left a voice mail still no call back but umm you can post your cheap deals on here?? & before you say we only been open x amount of hours y does that make it ok to not check your mail before posting on forum? You never said sorry about the problem you made, all you seem to care about is not to get a bad name on here, a call back would of went a long way, you sure you can reply any more it is past 5!!!

You had a full reply with remedy via PM within 2 hours of us opening from your first enquiry.
Everything does not come to a halt when James-Darren sends a email or calls.
Cheap service? Lol, are you kidding, with the amounts we sell it is inevitable that some errors will occur (very, very few in our case). In this instance you had a full remedy within 2 hours and the part with you the very next day.
I'm not sure what else could be done. If you want to deal with a glitzy outfit with numerous telesales operators and high selling prices, then feel free - that's not us. We are a no nonsense volume seller. Products are shipped quickly (next day in your case), enquiries dealt with quickly (within just 2 hours in your case) and prices are the best around.
