I didnt make it to the ESC meet on Sat nite - was out during the day and got held up and didnt get back til really late so missed it unfortunately needed to pick up my new polo top aswel
The list is a bit short, but you never know other ppl mite turn up that dont put their names down, like the last meet a couple other cars turned up that werent on the list...
Its advertised so hopefully ppl will talk and just turn up

I'e got the car booked in with a mate of me dads, but just hoping it passes with him.
The previous place i took it to was fairways in hatfield, but since then, i've heard alot of bad things about that place, and my car failed both times.
I've put some cleaner through the petrol, so hopefully should pass now. It was running at 8.0, but went down to 2.14 after the cat was replaced, so can't be the front cat as well.
Sorry Alex didn't get to the pub until 16:15 and you had all gone thought a few of you may have stayed for a pint or two??
My fault for being late I guess I'll have to meet up with you lot next time!!

Alex - Good to meet ya mate, must be you i hear all the time roaring about. I remember you saying something about a larger bonnet scoop today, do u have one you want to sell? I want to change mine as i do with lots of other stuff on the car. Let us know.
Was good to see a few new faces and hopefully as time goes on more will attend... I noticed a couple scoobys drive by while we were there... ahhhh if only they knew!
Scott1e - I have bonnet scoops, but wont fit your car mate as they are for the later style bonnets.
Dave - I'm not letting any1 get their hands on my nuts, lol... unless we're dating otherwise its a no no, lol
Russ - we would of stuck around longer, but I had to leave to get some dead animal flesh from the supermarket b4 they closed otherwise the other half would have strangled me for ruining our bbq
I think for next month we'll make it a 1pm meet up, then go for a blast and then back to the pub for a sit down? Sound like a plan?
Not sure if I'll have my car tho thats the thing... so annoyed!!!

It was great to meet some other Scoob owners and it was a nice afternoon for sitting outside in a pub garden!
Would be nice to see some 'other half's' next time!!
When you list the next one I think it ought to be linked on Scoobynet General & also I'm sure they won't mind if we put a link up on ESC so hopefully a few more peeps might venture out!

I 2nd that. There are quite a few that attend ESC and don't live far from the herts meet. I'm sure the thought of a pub meet would encourage a few more.
My missus said she will come next time.
I think its a great place to hold the meets,nice surroundings, food and drink.
Can't wait for the next one.
