I used a watchmakers flat bladed screwdriver,comes in those small cheapo driver kits.
ease it in between the black plastic recess and the badge,then lever it up.
PS I dont nick them just paint them ...see "went to see rob at scoobystyling" thread in gallery

Agree with Yoza...just be gentle and use a small flat blade, and you'll be fine...not stuck on that well IMHO

get something really thin and strong..

otherwise they break quite easy.
