Jake I thought you was involved in the motor trade?
There's 3 reasons they won't be rushing to you..
1 they are stacked out selling
2 they have sold some on finance and are awaiting the money off the finance company
3 they are sat there waiting/praying you keep pestering them so it makes you look desperate to get rid , then they will try it on with a lower bid.
I'm assuming it's option 2 or 3 as they seem to shift stuff.
Either way at this moment in time I'm still on the hunt

Have just been onto them,
As the deposit is securing the golf, he's also keen to get this sorted, just said to them I want it sorting by end of play tomorrow or ill simply refund the deposit.
It will be a week on Friday that they said they would pay a deposit, this is because I had a buyer coming up, it then took till Sunday to go in the bank, then I got told they'd pick up tue/weds. Today they txt to say they'd call after lunch, still no call.
I feel I've given the opera unity to come, even offered to take it there if there short of drivers, since the deposit I've had near enough five people interested, but have told all of them a deposit is taken, and the car will be sold by Friday.
Friday is my cut off point, I feel a weeks enough grace to trave 12miles to pick up.

Cheshire Performance, nightmare buying a car from them and a nightmare selling a car to them by the looks of it, I wonder how long this company will stay trading, or trading under the same name.

Nope. It took a deposit last Friday, it took till Sunday to show in the bank. Since then I've had no confirmation of a pick up date.
I've given them till end of play tomorrow to bank transfer the funds, as I want it showing for Fri/Sat for the golf pick up.
The guy with the golfs pissed it's taking so long, as am I.
If they can't/don't want to do that I'll refund the deposit and put it back up for sale.

Yes c performance picked it up, asim came to pick it up his heads really screwed on. He was saying Mike's like your typical sales man and downtown really deal with buying. He also knows how bad he can be with communication. Which he said he's trying to work on.
Seemed a decent lad to be fair who really knew his cars,
By the sounds of it the car will be up around the 14k mark, if they get it then fair play to them.
I got what I needed out of it to by my golf so I'm happy.
