2005 WRB Subaru Forester STI JDM Litchfield Forged 330BHP

Subaru Forester STi Litchfield JDM Import 330BHP
Date of first reg 2005
Date of reg in UK April 2006
Owned since March 2013
World Rally Blue with unmarked Anthracite alloys. Litchfield import with STi performance pack.
The Forester STI was built by Subaru only for their own domestic market. Litchfield Imports saw a market and imported a limited number of these into the UK from new. They improved the package with a panel filter, full Milltek stainless steel exhaust with sports cat, a CAT 1 alarm and a remap for UK fuel.

This was registered in the UK in April 2006 so benefits from cheaper RFL. MOT until Sept 2015,
Road Tax until end of Feb 2015.
3 former keepers.
94K miles with comprehensive service history from day one including every receipt and bill. Original JDM handbook and Litchfield p/work.
Additional parts added on import
JDM audio replaced with Kenwood DNX7200 system
Cobra alarm and immobilisor with certificate.
OE Subaru front and rear colour coded spats
OE Subaru full front and rear window rain guard wind deflectors
OE Subaru rubber boot liner
In my ownership it has only used Millers oils and been looked after and serviced by a local Subaru specialist
Work carried out since ownership
• Full professional engine rebuild in mid 2013 which included a bottom end rebuild with new OE crankshaft and bearings. Forged Mahle pistons, oil pump, turbo hotside, New Exedy clutch, Cometic head gaskets etc etc.
Remapped by Andy Carr and engine run in as per Subaru recommendations. All receipts list components fitted.
Rebuild has done over 5K miles and has not used any oil
Additional work carried out under ownership
• Full underbody Waxoyl
• Regular exterior detailing and interior valet
• STi alloys professionally refurbished in Anthracite
• Fast road 4 wheel laser geometry/ alignment
Whiteline 22mm (BSR35XZ) rear ARB and heavy duty mounts (KBR18-22) fitted
• New windscreen fitted late 2013
Uniroyal Rainsport 235x40x18's with approx 5mm on all four included in price or barely new Kumho KU39 Ecsta Sport 225x45x18 with 7mm on all four for additional £250
All bodywork panels are straight and dent free.
There are a few stone chips on the leading edge of the aluminium bonnet commensurate with the vehicles age and a small cat scratch on the offside front wing. There is a small mark on the lower n/s front bumper where something has kicked up off the road and a mark on the rear bumper top near the tailgate entrance. All these marks were present on purchase and I have pics if required.
I would hazard a guess that the back seats (reclinable) have had very little use as the reclining bars still had the shipping covers on when I purchased.
The touch screen Kenwood infotainment system is excellent and includes full postcode Satnav, hands free phone and a cool iPOD dock in the glove compartment.
Option to purchase OE Subaru dog guard for £50
Just had a recent exterior comprehensive detailing and interior valet, oil change service and rear discs and brake shoes
Only ever run on Shell V max
