Default Which springs for decent drop?

Hi,
Im looking for some lowering springs for a jap spec 01wrx, I want about a 40mm drop, I believe alot of them only give 25-30mm.
Can anyone reccomend any that would be suitable?

and what about some new bump stops as you must be virtually on them all the time by going that low...

would it not be easier going to coilovers then you can adjust the height "ad infinitum"
