Default Suspension question...

Could i just replace the Front shocks on my WRX( 2004) for STI one's or would that make the ride and handles rubbish...

I had a search but found nothing...

and it worth it? I'm also worried about buy second hand shocks as i've heard about a lot about knocking sounds from the shocks.. .

STI shocks are firmer and the springs are lower - as you are replacing a pair it should be 'safe' but it would be very nose down which I guess will do all sorts of strange things to the handling.

If you can get the fronts cheap, you could try the STI rear springs on KYB adjustables....

They are a sensible price and are 8-way adjustable to suit the STI fronts.
