Default K-Sport/BC Coilover Differences

Missed out on the BC group buy but still thinking of a set for my 04 STI.

Are there any differences in reliability, performance and adjustment between K-Sport and BC coilovers?

I wouldn't mind some K-Sport coilovers either, I can't find any reviews on them though, all I can find is K-Sport brakes.

from 1st look the spring ratings are a lot higher, on the fronts its 7.5kg/mm and the BC were 6/5 or 5/4`s Dependant on what roads you used or if it was for track work, those Ksport are very hard for our roads IMO
